Mushroom Kingdom Fusion Speedruns

Here are speedruns of two levels in Mushroom Kingdom Fusion. I report the speedrun times in timer ticks because my computer slows down some areas when I play while recording. At full speed, one timer tick is equal to 0.5 seconds. To get the actual time if the game ran at full speed, divide the number of timer ticks by 2. World 1 Fortress (Fortress of Traps) Time: 335 timer ticks (600 to 265, from level start to flagpole) Notes: The Bowser Castle area and the first Gothic castle area require perfect timing to pass while running full speed. In the auto-scrolling section, I saved a Buzzy Beetle to kill those pesky Thwomps off. World 3-3 (Fort Bubbleman) Time: 182 timer ticks (1200 to 1018, from level start to Bubbleman's death) Notes: The Robot Frogs now die with one hit by any Shell-type attack (Koopas and Hermits). The Robot Frogs are also safe to stand on now. I had to power up fully because some areas need firepower to pass and give me a greater chance to survive. Grabbing the Starman just before it bounces off the wall will give you just enough invincibility time to take out the giant robot fish by touching its weak spot. Bubbleman goes down quickly when you point-blank him with rapid-fire fireballs. The World 3 map has a new theme: A medley remix of the Megaman 2 and Megaman 3 title themes.
