    You don't have to be online to save your game, tard. You would have to be online to save the ONLINE content but otherwise you're fine. It auto saves anyway so your game is saved whether you want it to be or not.

    played littlebigplanet at my friend's house. I loved the living shiz out of it (even if some of the controls leave something to be desired) Bought the game myself and it won't let me unlock anything or save my progress. How was i supposed to know you actually need to have your playstation online?

    Thanks mate, I just read somewhere that LBP only works with ps3 controllers not third party ones, my second controller is a no name brand one so I'll have to try it out.
