    Take it in or try to figure out how to fix it yourself but either way don't assume it should be ok or close just because it's a new guitar. Had problems like this for a couple years before finding out it was never really set up in a way where there was a chance for everything to go right.

    Thinker strings have a heaver, thicker, warmer tone than the thinner ones. You are right, the thiner the strings the easier to bend.
