  1. my opinions on this and the comments below remember there opinions for the church, it would definitly be easier with the polygonal lasso tool, and i prefer using magnetic lasso, in combination with the pen tool and masking

  7. unfortunately i really dislike the extract tool. It is complicated and i think pen tool is better though.

  9. gah when i go to my history .. there is no 'image size' just all the layer via copy things.. ah well. great tutorial all the same.
  10. pen tool is the easiest way to get this picture.. this illustration takes more time..

  14. I like using the pen tool for the accuracy but I suppose this works too since ps got so many different ways of doing things... that's the beauty, whatever suits you :)

  22. eh the extraction tool isn't that great. I prefer using layer masks and channels.
  23. hey he made the video to show how to use the tool, he has another video on the pen tool but since most of his vids are explaining the usage of the tools he's going through each one
  24. its sort of ironic how the imaged you used was probably photoshopped (the guy onto the city background) nice tutorial i learned something today.....
  25. this filter is the best for difficult selections like hair and it can be good for really intense objects. i do like the pen tool better but when doing something like hair its a lot easier to whip up the extract filter.
