- pat metheny is so good.
- Pat Metheny pisses me off.
- yeah pat metheny looks like he should be a middle school science teacher.
- lol
- music is great but the camera work sucks!!
- GROOVY
- Jack dejohnette RULESSSSSSS
- That white guitarist has some soul!
- dave holland (bass) looks amish. pat methney (guitar) looks from the future.
- LMAO...that guitar player...
- That guitar player looks pretty tweaked out. Great rendition of it.
- GROOVY!
- ...not the cascading chromatic passing tones washing over him like a warm wave of blissfulness...thats how my cousin described his first lick of smack.
- Amazing rendition... HH is and will always be the man.
- The only this this cat's stoned on is pure jazz and chromatic passing tones dude. When you play out of they key for so long it starts to affect you, the jazz just takes over.
- is pat a dopehead? i caught him in the tampa area at ruth eckerd hall...he looked plastered, had the jokers'"wait till they get a load of me" grin pasted on, did not seem to blink for the first two songs...he still killed it.
- pat is great..herbie is an icon.
- Herbie Hancock, Dave Holland, Pat Metheny, Jack dejohnette faboulous quartet
- Why don't you mention the greatest musician of this video? This is not about Herbie but about Pat.
- truth in music loves Herbie!
- Love this one!
- hey u guys go look at 'two tickets to bodmin'! very funny!
- Got this on DVD, for me it's Herbie's greatest solo that I've heard on this tune. The rhythmic and harmonic journey is incredible! DVD is called Hancock, 'DeJohnette, Holland, Metheny live in concert.' By ArtHaus Musik, filmed on 23rd June 1990 @ The Academy of Music, Philadelphia, PA It's quite rare. The whole dvd is fantastic, highlight for me is Dave Hollands solo on 'Solar' Well worth hunting down.
- out of time?? ar u crazy, Herbie has the best feeling for rhythm on this crazy planet!! hard funk, hard funk!!!!!
- I love his sound
