- Dear sir is it possible that objects even trees could be like the telephone for time for example marilyn monroe she died in 1962 theres no house now the trees are still there the land too, is it possible to do a time stake out like a time cop movie take the knowledge for the situation then charge in the now who(m) responsible, seems ludicrist, but if this techno improves the correction would be some kind of amazing plan, i know little for this i think we would still be here with extra persons??!
- i would see more like 'mind' changes at the speed of light, not so much 'time'

- what if you were to get a boner really quickly...could your cock travel ahead in time?
- only if you can run faster than 670 million miles per hour
- well becouse of time delay maybe for 1 miliscond, but from the P.O.V. of healthy living maybe you would be younger for years :)
- so if u ran all ur life would u be a bit younger than every1 else?
- The "light clock" sequence is probably the most sensible and concise explanation of time dilation I've ever seen. Remember that the differences in time passage are too tiny to ever notice until you start dealing with relative velocities that approach a significant percentage of the speed of light. The Relative velocities observed by humans in just about all situations, except maybe inside a partical accelerator are too slow to amke a noticable difference.
- the light will hit your eyes at EXACTLY the same time (because the keys are at the same distance to you), which is correct. Now this is where it gets odd, but its obvious. Now imagine you are on the left side of the keypad looking at it, so QWERTY isnt horizontal, but diagonal, with Q at the bottom and Y at the top, if you now hit the T and Y keys will both radiuses of light hit your eyes at the same time? The answer is no, you will see T first then Y, because T is closer to you, NEXT>
- its real and he got it from the future so you can't get one, sorry
- (camera), arent only, watching the clock go horizontally, theyre also watching the beam move horizontally with it, now if we were on the clock moving with it, the clock wouldnt be moving at all, only the beam would (up and down) at the normal seed. IMAGINE THIS: You are facing the keyboard so QWERTY is horizontal in your P.O.V, and you click the T and Y Keys on the key pad simultaneously, now imagine two slowly expanding radius' of Light coming from the keys, from your P.O.V, NEXT>
- OH!!!!!!! Haha, ive just realised what the whole clock thing means. It literally is RELATIVE. They shouldve took the light trails off the beam, and used the view point of the moving clock as a way of making RELATIVE, clearer. From our "stationary" standpoint it seems as though the light beam (which is traveling exactly the speed of light) in the MOVING clock takes longer (than it would if it was stationary with us) to get from top to bottom, it only seems this way because the observers NEXT COM>
- the speed of a spacecraft will be different relative to earth and than the moon. so, the time passed will different on earth than on moon. i don't think (the theory of relativity makes sense.)
- ''it travels diagonally and there is larger distance to travel). This only proves that the clock is not accurate.'' in wich clok beam doenst travel diagonaly, is acurate? Clock in your living romm 1)rotates around earth 2) it travels around sun 3)it travels around galaxy . .an so on, there are many moving frames.'' it should again give different time.''well science sez it doesnt, altough i couldnt prove it wit simple using geometry(compering clocks H and V positon), maybe someone could give it.
- Sorry i was meant to say: " Im really trying to understand why you would get older slower, the more momentum you have, in relation to someone elses momentum"
- Why O Why is this clock using light as a means of measuring time?! of course its gonna "run" "slower" the light has to go diagonally!! Im really trying to understand why you would get older the more momentum you have, by brain is overloading!! HELP!!! :)
- It has got everything to do with it. But anyway what you wonder is infact true. However in my opinion they should stop showing the explanation with such a clock because it does not prove time travel. It just proves that a clock made like that has a manufacturing fault for very fast travellers.
- I don't see ur point and besides that has nothing to do with light travel(I hear ppl who go to space age slower than ppl on Earth is that true?..jus wondring)
- exactly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Newton changed the way we think about gravity and motion. Einstein changed the way we think of space and time. The reason they are considered brilliant is because they challenged fundamental concepts of our world and gave rigorous mathematical analysis to prove these.
- This clock is bloody confusing!! Why is it using light anyway?! Clocks are mechanical if its social time! Ive replayed this vid about 5 times now!!! :)
- venom if a clock is inaccurate it does not mean time runs inaccurately. Lets say you walk around with a clock which is always running ten times faster than everyone elses(because it has a manufacturing fault). Does that mean u will be able to see ur great great grandchildren before you die?
- The video has a statement "light seems to travel at the same speed when u are moving so something has to give and that is time". This statement I understand from which i also understand the concept of speed and time. But then the clock comes in to explain it and it gets stupid. When I said clock in my living room I meant an intentionally fast running clock.
- archis. thanks for ur comment. What I dont understand is the clock. When the clock is moved the light beam travels a longer distance (because it travels diagonally and there is larger distance to travel). This only proves that the clock is not accurate. Infact if u hold one clock horizontally and one vertically and move, it should again give different time. Does that mean u will die both faster and slower at the same time.
- no i'm not, it's a poorly animated clock, that's all thsi video was meant to show
