- i went to school with jess RIP girl
- someone else apparently reads wikipedia too
- whats that thing he sings into?
- someone reads wikipedia!
- I believe Cosmonaut is the song just before At The Drive-In walk off stage at the Big Day Out 2001 ten minutes in when the crowd refuse to comply with the rules of the event that the band in fact reinforced repediatly. Later on 16 year old Jessica Michalik was severely crushed during the performance by Limp Bizkit and later that day died in hospital of asphyxiation. Limp Bizkit in fact worked the crowd up and even publicly insulted the crowd control staff trying to help those in danger.
- haha, that made me chuckle.
- does anybody know if the lyrics to this song have anything to do with the movie 2001:a space odyssey? cuz it really reminds me of it. "Cosmonaut" and "monolith", makes sense.
- I was 16, i was pissed off with world, i miss at the drive-in, great memories. x
- demasiado arrecho..! esta banda si que se las traia..! OMG so F&%&/( Amazing!
- 0:56 Lol, Omar's probably thinking "DAMMIT I WANTED TO SING! D:"
- Lol 3:12
- yeah boy kulot...
- Sorry, my bad I meant to write Rob Tyner from MC5. I hope this clears up some confusion.
- Rob? Who's Rob? The other guy's named Omar. Cedric and Omar.
- this music is great!no culture clash!
- I agree dude, especially as Cedric and Rob both have kick ass afros + they are both kick ass bands!!
- The problem with slam dancing is that it insists upon those who does NOT want to slamdance - for example, some people may not want to get beaten the fuck up, some say "that's what you sign for when you go to a show", FUCK that, what you SIGN for is to have a good time and watch a good show... If you want to beat the shit out of someone start a goddamn fight club....
- I would agree with johnisredhot to an extent because ive been in a pit where everyone is feeling the music n wants to go crazy in their own way which is awesome, however u get knobheads that go to the gig solely for the pit n start fights n recon theyre hardcore for doing it, i saw biffy clyro a few months ago n there was a guy punching people in the back of the head the whole time, where the fuck is the fun in that?
- amazing
- Awesome energy, but Cedric is off through most of it.. i'll give him a pass though because alot of ATDI songs aren't easy to sing, especially in an entire set. I think he's a better live singer today than he's ever been even though the styles are different.
- I like a lil of dis and a lil of dat..a mixed pot...
- do your own thing pretty much and others will do theres but dont try to ruin the fun for others and we all have fun in our own way :)
- you dont know shit kid ,,, fucking cedric wrote the lyrics to several masterpieces while in the volta do your homework bitch... im from ept
- i dont have any thing to say to all of you except,...... This is AT-THE-Drive-IN... fuck any thing else unless it has the Volta in its name ... -peace
- love the way they move reminds me of MC5
